DermaFrac™ is a unique new microneedling system which creates precisely calibrated micro-channels into the skin, while simultaneously infusing active topical agents. The depth of the sterile needles is designed to create micro-channels, which penetrate just below the outer layers of the skin but just above the capillaries and nerve endings.
The result is a skin rejuvenation procedure that has no bleeding and typically no pain while enabling enhanced infusion of the topically applied agents. Some transient redness may occur and this corresponds with the intensity of the treatment, but typically DermaFrac is a no down-time procedure.

How it Works
By combining precisely calibrated needle penetration and unprecedented infusion capability, DermaFrac creates micro channels to the dermal junction while simultaneously infusing topical serums to this all-important tissue layer. The DermaFrac system uses a unique combination of technologies to enable an improved micro-needling procedure along with immediate infusion of a powerful active serum.
DermaFrac utilizes a vacuum to maintain tension on the skin so that the microneedles penetrate to uniform and proper depth. The micro-channels that the DermaFrac creates provide pathways for the various active solutions—which are pulled across the skin by the vacuum just as the microneedles pass over the skin thus ensuring optimal infusion.
We deliver the active ingredients from special cartridges that are loaded in the microneedling hand-piece.
Infusion Solutions
A choice of solutions are available, which infuse anti-aging peptides, skin pigment lighteners, hyaluronic HA moisturizers, acne therapy solutions and more. This solutions are designed to take advantage of the microchannels to help rejuvenate the skin in a gentle but effective manner.
Dermafrac skin exfoliation process reveals the new, living skin cells that are soft, smooth & receptive to nutrients. This procedure will also stimulate new collagen and elastin production thus improving fine lines and texture.
Rejuvenate
This cocktail of five active ingredients includes:
- Sympeptide®: Myristoyl Pentapeptide-17
- Matrixyl®: Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-3
- SNAP-8®, Argirilene® and SYN®AKE
LightenKojic Acid is a proven, effective, non-toxic lightening ingredient. Kojic Acid also has antibacterial and antifungal properties.
Hydrate
The Hyaluronic Acid HylaSponge® System is comprised of proprietary levels of small and large hyaluronan molecules and highly hydrated HylaSponges®. This specific combination of hyaluronan components assures that a large amount of water is retained and guarantees the delivery of water to the deeper layers of the skin.
The hydration solution also contains:
- Retinyl Palmitate (Vitamin A)
- Tocopherol Acetate, which enhances UV resistance
- Aloe, green and white tea, and grape seed antioxidants to calm the skin
Growth Factor Rejuvenating Complex (GF-R)
GF-R is a rich blend of growth factors, moisturizers, peptides, and vitamins. The key ingredients include:

A combination of Lactic and Salicylic Acids.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C with 2% Ethyl Ascorbic Acid is an antioxidant that slows the rate of free-radical damage.
